Fall kaleidoscope
High in the Rocky Mountains I found this site where the fall colors were peaking. It was a beautiful clear Colorado day. The aspens were shockingly yellow and the distant mountains a kaleidoscope of colors. As I looked, I saw more and more color variations. The painting is intense and rich, just like that special day.
